About Moi

Simply me,

Spending time with my family is one of the most important things to me. We love to have game nights at home, go camping or to the beach, ride bikes together and bake lots of yummy treats together! I also make sure to prioritize self care to keep myself refreshed and balanced by gardening, praying, reading and meditating. I also love taking long walks with my dog and painting. My guilty pleasure is buying and collecting house plants, I love nurturing them and watching them grow!

My family and my birth work are the two most significant aspects of my life that I cherish the most. I always enjoy meeting new families and assisting them in navigating birth and the first few months of their newborn's life. As a doula, I frequently take on the roles of mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. Being a mother myself, I have an instinctive approach to these nurturing roles that come to me organically.

  • "I think one of the best things we could do would be to help women/parents/families discover their own birth power, from within themselves. And to let them know it's always been there, they just needed to tap into it."
