Birth Services
Our birth support package is designed to help you feel informed, prepared, confident, and supported from pregnancy through those first precious moments with your baby.
Before birth: Prenatal visits to get to know you, discuss your birth preferences, explore informed decision-making and coping strategies, practice comfort measures, and prepare.
During birth: Continuous birth support, providing physical, emotional, and informational support while honoring your choices and helping you feel grounded throughout labor and birth whether its at a hospital, birth center or home.
Immediately after birth: A postpartum visit at your birth location to support your transition, answer questions, assist with feeding and newborn care, and help you process your birth experience.
After you’re home: One in-person postpartum visit to check in on you and your baby, support your recovery and transition into parenthood, and connect you with helpful resources.
Postpartum Support
The early days with a new baby are beautiful, tender, and full of change. Postpartum support is designed to give families the care, reassurance, and breathing room they need as they adjust to life with their new baby.
Support is personalized to your family and may include newborn care, feeding support, light household assistance, and time for you to rest, recover, and recharge. You’ll also receive a personalized postpartum plan to help you feel prepared and supported beyond our time together.
Postpartum visits can be created for your unique needs, giving you the space to focus on healing, bonding, and finding your new rhythm knowing you don’t have to do it all alone.
Belly Binding
Belly binding is a beautiful way to slow down, reconnect with your body, and receive intentional care during the postpartum season.
Your session includes a gentle head-to-toe massage, aromatherapy, soothing music and spa sounds, creating a calm and restorative space for you to relax and be cared for. We’ll also provide personalized aftercare and guidance on how to continue your binding practice at home.
Your package includes a Mexican surgical bandage and traditional Mexican cotton rebozo belt, healing womb ointment, along with self-binding instructions so you can continue the practice with confidence.
This is your time to rest, receive, and honor the body that carried and birthed your baby.
Lactation Specialist Services
Lactation Support
This lactation support session is designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident as you begin feeding your baby.
Together, we’ll explore the basics of breastfeeding, positioning and techniques, flange sizing, pumping, common challenges, and practical tips to help you find what works best for you and your baby.
Postpartum Support
The postpartum support package is designed to help you feel cared for, confident, and supported as you find your new rhythm.
Your support includes an aftercare summary, tailored breastfeeding and pumping plan, educational resources on breastfeeding basics and techniques, and a curated list of recommended breastfeeding and pumping products.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I'm here to support you as you settle into life with your new baby.

In my two-hour visit, I help ease your transition into parenthood with tailored advice and guidance.

Child Birth Education
Price: $200
In my two-hour visit I provide education on the phase of labor, comfort measures inclusive of peanut ball techniques, rebozo techniques, hospital interventions and medications.
